Mini golf and the casino area were enjoyable. I waited too long to check in, and my room was not ready.

The room was spacious and elegantly designed, quite larger than the pictures suggested. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Temperature control was easy, allowing for a cozy environment. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the modern aesthetic throughout. the cigarette smell from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, especially in the bathroom. Noise levels were generally fine, though we did have occasional disturbances from housekeeping before checkout. The security made me feel very safe, adding to the comfort of the stay. a pleasant experience with just a few minor drawbacks.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room provided breathtaking views of the gulf, and the room size was impressive. The walk-in shower with both a regular and hand-held shower head was a nice touch, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. One standout was John from the Bell service, who went above and beyond to assist us with parking our trailer with a Harley bike. His attentiveness and excellent customer service truly made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. there were some areas for improvement. The low flow toilet didn't always do the job effectively, and we were disappointed that our room did not match the description provided in our confirmation. the strict ID check requirement each time we used the elevator was a bit inconvenient, though it did add a layer of security. Scarlet Pearl Casino provided a pleasant experience with friendly staff and good food service, but there were some minor issues that affected our overall enjoyment.

The security at this hotel was absolutely top-notch, making me feel completely at ease! The staff was beyond friendly and always ready to help. I loved the spacious rooms and amazing shower that made my stay even more enjoyable!

This hotel is just a short stroll away from several local attractions, such as the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, which is only about 4 kilometers away, and the Historic Redding House, just over 3 kilometers from the hotel, giving you plenty of options for a pleasant weekend walk in the area; plus, you’re surrounded by delicious dining options like the Waterfront Buffet, merely a 5-minute walk away, and less than a kilometer from numerous seafood restaurants to enjoy a fresh catch. The spacious and clean rooms provided a relaxing space after exploring the city, but I did notice some amenities could use improvement, such as the maintenance of the pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Scarlett Pearl Casino Resort. The attentive staff, pristine rooms, and beautiful ocean views made my trip memorable. the lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, and the parking garage felt cramped. it's an enjoyable experience worth returning to.

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially John who went above and beyond. The decor is lovely, and the food at the restaurant is decent too.

We hit up the sportsbook, scored big on slots, and played Blackjack like pros. The pool was lit, and the food at the restaurants was fire. Plus, watching games on the massive screen was insane. Can't wait to go back for more fun!
Wish they had a more happening nightlife scene for us party animals.

Our family enjoyed the diverse entertainment options like the sportsbook, slot machines, and table games surrounded by numerous restaurants and a luxurious pool.
In my wife's opinion, the pool being located across the driveway from the hotel was inconvenient for families.

The front desk service was impressive, requiring ID for room access and selecting the floor added a secure touch. Free self-parking was a plus, along with friendly staff and diligent security. The rooms were clean, pleasant smelling, and the $20 free play at the casino was a thrilling bonus.
Although the bakery had a long wait, poor service, and lack of staffing, the quality of sheets and towels was disappointing. The rough towels could be improved for sensitive skin, and the erratic closet light was disruptive.

Excellent check-in experience. Bryan Rosetti made the wait for our room comfortable, showcasing the friendly staff. Most employees were welcoming, adding to the overall ambiance. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, but the back bay view fell short. Dining options were diverse and satisfying. pricey. The pool is functional, yet lacks appeal for those seeking a vibrant atmosphere. Free wifi was a convenience, but unsecured. Child accessibility is problematic; enforcing age restrictions can alienate families. The housekeeping experience was disappointing, especially given the state of the linens. Minor issues detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. A stellar potential, just needs refinement in service consistency and family-friendliness. Will consider returning.

So, I booked a room with a bathtub, but when I got there, they claimed it wasn’t available. The staff didn’t offer any help, just told me to deal with it. Super frustrating, especially for the price I paid!

The Butler's Bar & Lounge's whiskey selection made my taste buds tingle. The golf courses with an erupting volcano were a blast. Scarlet's Steaks & Seafood blew me away with its exquisite flavors.
Nothing like a handicap room with a locker for a closet to make me feel like royalty.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D'Iberville! Our room had a beautiful bay view and was spacious, clean, and refreshing. The bed was comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the on-site amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and the casino, where the wait staff was quick and friendly. The café served delicious food even late at night. We will definitely be back!
One small downside was not being able to earn points for a free night stay.

the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the casino size was very good. the steak house was excellent, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. the location was convenient for visiting other places, and the golf course was enjoyable. the rooms were some of the nicest in the area, and the food offering was top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for our anniversary. The room setup was beautiful with rose petals, champagne, and a hand-written card. The staff were extremely friendly and the bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower. The hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
